Here’s a checklist of small changes you can make that will help lessen your environmental impact.

Use less: Energy, water, red meat
Choose reusable: Avoid single use or disposable
Choose zero waste: Compost food waste, use rechargeable batteries, go paperless, recycle and reuse more, donate unused items
Grow your own produce
Choose toxic free: Buy fair trade, eco-friendly cleaning products, pest control
Drive less
Wear sustainable clothing
Walk more, stay active

Respect nature: Spend more time in nature, steward recovery and do no harm
Eat well and be healthy: Eliminate processed, overly packaged items, or animals from factory farms
Support a cause
Do more of what you love
Reach out to friends, family and community
