Your December Eco-Challenge: Gift experiences instead of stuff

The Holidays are here and a time when we plan for gifts for our friends and loved ones.

Make your list and instead of ‘things’, give a gift of something that makes a memory. A cooking lesson, art class, surf lessons, dining out, a picnic, a hike, or a day in a park. Experiences can also be a good book, creative play items, something baked or hand-made, or tickets to a special event in 2024.

Skip Amazon, purchase from local businesses and be creative.

Here’s the challenge. Shop local, shop for for items that make a memory, not clutter or waste.
