Make new traditions

Ask “What can I do to make her life easier”? Give her a day off, offer to clean her home, take her to the market, visit an old friend, do the laundry, clean or service the car, go to a spa.

Make time to laugh.

Celebrate the amazing outdoors. Take a walk, visit a favorite place, or discover a new one.
